FAQ
Will this guarantee more bookings or more revenue?
No. Nobody can guarantee bookings, the platform, the season, and your market matter as much as your listing does. What we guarantee is a specific, honest assessment of what your listing is doing wrong and exactly how to fix it. Your results are your own.
Are you affiliated with Airbnb or VRBO?
No. HostGrade is an independent review service with no affiliation with any booking platform. We review your public listing the way a guest sees it.
What do you need from me?
Just your listing URL and which tier you want. For the Overhaul, it helps to tell us your target guest (business travelers, families, couples) and any pricing constraints, but that is optional.
How does delivery work?
You email your order, we send a payment link, and once payment clears the report is written and emailed to you within 48 hours. A human does the work, so ordering Friday night means it lands by Sunday night.
What's the refund policy?
7 days from delivery. If the report isn't useful to you, reply to the delivery email and say so, and we refund the full amount. No forms.
Can you look at multiple listings?
Yes, one order per listing. If you have several, email us after your first order and we will work out pricing for the rest.
Is this a subscription or a one-time thing?
One-time per listing. Nothing to cancel.
